Foxvale Farm is one of Great Falls finest family communities, conveniently located near the Great Falls Village with easy access to Reston, Sterling and Downtown Washington DC. Established by Pulte Homes in late 1977 as a planned residential development, Foxvale was one of the earliest neighborhood communities to be developed in the heart of Great Falls. Over the years Foxvale has matured into a unique and hidden treasure boasting sidewalks, open common areas, a fishing pond, mature landscaping and a true neighborly spirit fostering a tremendous sense of community.

Considered one of Great Falls few affordable neighborhoods, the community consists of 115 single family homes, built in the Williamsburg style with each home sited on no less than half-acre lots. Many of the residences back up to the communities 55 acres of open common area, creating an expansive rural feel and open to all for to enjoy.

This beautifully planned community is located in the heart of the quiet Great Falls Village, on Georgetown Pike (VA 193), a registered historic byway of Virginia. Georgetown Pike also provides access to Great Falls Park, River Bend Park and a direct route to the national capital. Foxvale is located adjacent to the Nike Observatory and only a stones throw from the Potomac River, yet is known for its family appeal, being home to many original owners and new young families alike.

Foxvale Farm is governed by residents elected to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors. The Board interests itself in the upkeep and improvement of Association properties as well as monitoring the development of areas adjacent to Foxvale Farm which might affect the quality of living for its residents. With several planned community events each year, we are truly fortunate to live in such a wonderful place.
