Foxvale Farm is one of Great Falls finest family communities, conveniently located near the Great Falls Village with easy access to Reston, Sterling and Downtown Washington DC. Established by Pulte Homes in late 1977 as a planned residential development, Foxvale was one of the earliest neighborhood communities to be developed in the heart of Great Falls. Foxvale Farm is governed by residents elected to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors. The Board interests itself in the upkeep and improvement of Association properties as well as monitoring the development of areas adjacent to Foxvale Farm which might affect the quality of living for its residents.
